Bet9 Terms and Conditions — Clear Rules for a Safe Experience

Access to and use of bet9 is conditional on your express acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance occurs when you complete registration on the Platform, check the confirmation box indicating that you have read and agree to the Terms, or take any action that implies use of the services — such as making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any casino title.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and bet9. You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes, in compliance with applicable laws in Brazil, and not to exploit any technical vulnerability or promotional rule in an abusive manner.

To create an account on bet9 and use the Platform's services, you must meet all of the following requirements at the same time:

• Have 18 years of age or older. bet9 strictly prohibits access by minors and actively enforces measures to prevent it.
• Be individual residing in Brazil, with a valid CPF registered with the Receita Federal.
• Not to be self-excluded from gambling platforms by court order or active voluntary decision.
• Not to have another active account on bet9 in your name or linked to your CPF, residential address, or payment method.
• Acting as proper name and not as a representative of third parties for betting purposes.

By registering, you agree to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. bet9 may request additional documentation to verify any information provided, and accounts with false or inconsistent information may be suspended without prior notice.

It is prohibited creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses or any other promotion more than once. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated bonus balances will be cancelled and the accounts involved may be permanently suspended.

Bet9 applies Know Your Customer (KYC — Know Your Customer) in compliance with anti-money laundering and fraud prevention regulations applicable in Brazil. Verification may be required at any time, but will always be requested prior to a significant withdrawal or when there are indications that justify identity validation.

Documents that may be requested include:

• Government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) — front and back;
• CPF (may be included on the RG or CNH);
• Proof of address issued within the last 3 months;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for the deposit.

Document review takes up to 3 business days after full submission. Withdrawals are held during this period. bet9 is committed to handling all documents with complete confidentiality, in compliance with the LGPD.

You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials — email, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. bet9 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Do not share your credentials with anyone.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify bet9 support immediately via live chat or at suporte@bet9.express. bet9 will take appropriate steps to protect your account following notification, but is not liable for losses resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.

Bet9 accepts the following deposit methods, in BRL (R$) only:

Deposits must be made exclusively using payment methods in your own name. Deposits made on behalf of third parties will be returned and the account may be suspended. bet9 reserves the right to refuse deposits that show inconsistencies with the player's profile.

To request a withdrawal, you must have completed identity verification (KYC) and have real funds available in your account — bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until rollover conditions are met. The primary withdrawal method is Pix, processed in up to 15 minutes.

Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the Pix key or bank account registered under the same CPF linked to the bet9 account. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted under any circumstances. bet9 may request additional documentation for withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

Bet9 offers bonuses and promotions subject to specific Terms and Conditions published alongside each offer. The rules below apply generally to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific offer:

• Welcome Bonus: available to new registrations making their first deposit only. Limited to one bonus per person, CPF, address, device, and payment method.
• Rollover (wagering requirement): the bonus balance must be wagered a specific number of times before it can be converted into real funds available for withdrawal. The standard rollover is 30x the bonus amount received, unless otherwise stated in the promotion.
• Validity period: bonuses have a set expiry period. Once expired, any unused bonus balance is automatically cancelled.
• Eligible Games: not all games contribute equally to the rollover. Sports Betting and slots typically contribute at different percentages. Check the terms of each promotion for details.
• Invalid Bets: sports bets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward bonus rollover, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus Abuse: Using low-risk betting strategies solely to meet rollover requirements — such as betting both sides of the same event — is considered abuse and may result in the cancellation of the bonus and the account.

Sports Betting at bet9 covers football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international leagues), volleyball, basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA/UFC, e-sports, and other sports available on the platform. The following general rules apply:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to approval by bet9. Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be cancelled and the stake returned to the player's balance.
• Cancelled events: if an event is cancelled before it starts, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded. If the event is suspended after it begins and is not completed within 48 hours, all open bets will be voided.
• Postponed events: bets on events postponed by up to 48 hours remain valid. Postponements of more than 48 hours will result in voidance and a full refund of stakes.
• Live Betting: live odds are updated in real time and may be refused during periods of high volatility. bet9 is not liable for connectivity issues that prevent live bets from being placed.
• Official Result: The result used to settle bets is the official result at the end of regular time, unless otherwise specified in the relevant market.
• Bet limit: bet9 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount per event, market, or player at any time and without the need for justification.

Casino games available at bet9 — including slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, crash games (such as Aviator and Spaceman), and Live Casino games with real dealers — are provided by licensed third-party providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, and PG Soft. Each game has its own set of rules, declared RTP, and bet limits, displayed within the game interface.

• RNG: Games use random number generators certified by independent laboratories, ensuring unpredictable and non-manipulable results.
• Technical failures: In the event of a technical failure during a round, the result of the incomplete round will be voided and the stake returned. bet9 is not liable for connection losses caused by the player's device or internet provider.
• Progressive Jackpots: Progressive jackpots are the property of the game provider. bet9 does not guarantee the permanent availability of jackpots, and displayed amounts are indicative only.

By using bet9, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Using bots, automated scripts, robots, or any unauthorized software to place bets, interact with games, or collect data from the Platform;
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or odds errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Placing combined bets with third parties to guarantee a result regardless of the outcome (match betting abusive);
• Using the account for money laundering or any other unlawful activity;
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process;
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or carrying out attacks of any kind against bet9's infrastructure;
• Filing unwarranted chargebacks with your card issuer after legitimate bets.

Failure to comply with any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonus balances, withholding of balances pending verification, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities.

At the player's request: You may request account closure at any time through support. Any available real-money balance will be returned via Pix after KYC completion and confirmation that no bets are pending. Bonus balances are cancelled upon closure.

At bet9's discretion: bet9 may close or suspend accounts at any time, without prior notice, in the following situations: breach of the Terms, suspected fraud, proof of underage use, court order, or suspected money laundering. In such cases, balances will be held until the internal investigation is concluded.

After closure, account data is retained for the legally required period under the LGPD and applicable financial sector regulations.

Bet9 is an entertainment platform. Sports betting and casino games involve real financial risk — you may lose the money you wager. Responsible gambling isn't a slogan: it's an operational commitment at bet9.

Tools available to all players in the account area:

• Deposit limit: set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on deposits. Once set, it can only be lowered immediately or increased after 7 days.
• Loss limit: cap the total amount you can lose within a given period.
• Session limit: set a maximum daily time limit for using the Platform.
• Temporary self-exclusion: pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months.
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your account, with no possibility of reactivation.

By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for:

• Provision of betting and casino services;
• Identity verification (KYC) and fraud prevention;
• Processing deposits and withdrawals;

• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

Bet9 is committed to keeping the Platform available 24 hours a day, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. bet9 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from the player's own internet connection failures;
• Losses resulting from the use of third-party information or predictions;
• Betting decisions made by the player based on any analysis or "tip" — responsibility for the decision lies solely with the player;
• Indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses of any kind;
• Technical failures from third-party game providers, provided bet9 takes reasonable steps toward resolution.

Bet9's maximum liability in any situation is limited to the real balance available in the player's account at the time of the event that caused the damage.

Bet9 may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by email to the registered address and via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 10 days in advance, except where an immediate update is required by law or regulation.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the new conditions constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform, the courts of São Paulo/SP are hereby designated as the competent jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other, however privileged.

Before pursuing legal action, the player agrees to first attempt an amicable resolution through bet9 support, which commits to formally responding within 10 business days to any formal complaint submitted by email to suporte@bet9.express.
